Based in Los Angeles, California, SimplyBridal is about making your wedding process easy and accessible. When our founder Lawrence Ng began researching the bridal space he was surprised by how expensive it was. Many of its aspects seemed overpriced. After watching an episode of Say Yes to the Dress, he realized how important the dress was to the bride and how the bride had to stretch beyond her budget to buy the dress she wanted. This was not right.
Lawrence decided to start his own bridal company because he felt that women should be able to have not only the dress but also the wedding of their dreams at an accessible price.
His previous business experience includes Oversee, a company that he co-founded at 21. It ranked the third fastest growing private business in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2007. He was also named a winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Greater Los Angeles program in the technology category the same year.
SimplyBridal started off with the simple idea of creating beautiful weddings at reasonable prices. Beginning with wedding dresses, we’ve since added more products and strive to provide outstanding quality without the inconvenience and costs of traditional bridal boutiques and retailers. Our products are always things that we would want our family members and friends to buy, wear, and love.
That means that we only partner with quality designers that share these values such as Los Angeles-based jewelry designer May Yeung. Our design team includes graduates from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles. They have designed for BCBGMAXAZRIA and Suzi Chin for Maggy. They source only the finest fabrics and embellishments for SimplyBridal, and sets the same high quality standards that are demanded by the New York fashion scene.
Many of our products, including our entire jewelry collection, are made in the US. Some of our facilities are located abroad, but we are careful to maintain our rigorous quality controls as well as giving back to local communities.
Since our creation, we’ve been trying to think up new ways to make the bridal experience more convenient and accessible for our buyers. In 2013, we introduced Quick Ship and Try At Home and Invitations & Gifts to our shoppers.
Quick Ship allows brides in a hurry to purchase one of our ready-made gowns and receive it within 5-7 days. We’ll make sure the gown is delivered to your doorstep in time for your big day.
Try At Home takes the customer experience a step further by giving brides a chance to try on up to two SimplyBridal gowns in the comfort of their own home. All we ask is that you send them back within one week from delivery!
SimplyBridal’s Invitations & Gifts range features more than 1200 products to help every bride achieve her dream wedding without breaking the budget. All our products can but customized to fit your wedding theme, and our flexible return policy will ensure you only get wedding invitations, wedding cards, decorations and gifts that you’re 100% happy with.

At SimplyBridal, we understand that bridal purchases are a momentous occasion. Our dresses will arrive approximately 45-60 days after the confirmation e-mail regardless of your geographical location. During high season (January through April), dress orders may take up to 60 days. We also have a limited inventory of styles ready for immediate shipment; please see our Quick Ship page to see our latest selection. Quick Ship and Try At Home Beta Program dresses arrive between 7-14 days.
Our accessories ship between 7-14 days in the US, and 21-28 days in all other countries.
Please consult the shipping costs table for your shipping estimate. All values are listed in US dollars, although we do accept the Canadian dollar, the British pound, and the Australian dollar. Shipping costs for all non-US currencies will be calculated upon checkout.

We also ship to military bases and PO Boxes via SmartPost FedEx which takes approximately 3 to 5 days longer than regular shipping for both dresses and accessories.

ONLINE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We're so confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products that we offer our customers a global 30 day return policy. We offer risk free returns for all unworn, unwashed, unaltered standard sized wedding gowns, bridesmaid's dresses, veils and accessories.
Since our dresses are made to order, we cannot exchange orders. Customers will need to cancel or return their exiting order and then place a new order. We carry limited inventory, and we are happy to accommodate exchanging standard sized dress for a different size if we have it in stock.
Made to order custom measurement gowns and dresses are not included as a part of the risk free returns. All sales are final for custom measurement orders once your order has been submitted, specialized dress orders follow a strict no returns, exchanges, or cancellation policy.
SimplyBridal's 3-Step Return Policy
If, within 30 days of receipt, you're not happy with your standard sized dress or accessory order and would like to return it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Customer service will provide detailed instructions to ensure a return that is quick, traceable and secure at minimal cost. We will email you a prepaid return label. Please note that you MUST use the label provided so that the return is processed correctly.
If you are unable to use our return label due to extenuating circumstances, please use a tracking option for your package as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, and there may be a delay in crediting your account. Once we receive and process your return, we will credit back your account and reimburse you for your return shipping.
Re-pack your product with the original shipping document, original packaging and - of course - the product you want returned. Items must be unworn, unsoiled, and as it was when shipped to you, with tags still attached. All packages must be delivered to a Fedex drop-off location; Fedex pickups are currently unavailable. Return packages must be postmarked 15 days after you have received your prepaid shipping label. If we do not receive your return package 45 days of receipt, we may refuse and ship you back the item at your expense.
We'll issue a refund for the order total after we receive your order and inspect it, which will typically take between 5-7 business days.
RETAIL RETURN POLICY
We are unable to accept returns on any order placed at our physical location showrooms in Los Angeles and New York. All sales are final for physical location orders, these items do not qualify for cancellation, exchange, refunds or returns.
REVISED RETURN POLICY
Only applicable to brides who have spoken with our Customer Support team, to learn more about SimplyBridal's Revised Return's please contact a Customer Support staff member at 800-701-4026, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 7:00pm PST, and Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm PST. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Orders have been successfully placed once you receive an order number and an email confirmation from SimplyBridal.com. To cancel your standard size product order please contact customer service and have your order number ready. Dresses that are order through our special custom measurement sizing are not eligible for cancellation after the order has been processed. Once the order has been submitted and a confirmation number or conformation email has been provided, SimplyBridal does not allow for cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds on the special order custom items.
At Simply Bridal, we respect your privacy and protect your personal information. This page describes the personal information we may collect from you as you visit our website, and explains the steps we take to protect that information. After your wedding, we'd love for you to submit photos taken of you in your wedding dress. To do that, we'll ask for your photo and your name and contact information. On our site, your name will be shortened to your first name and last initial, and your contact information will not be published. Any comments you provide about the dress will be published. We won't share your name or contact information with other parties.
Our site also utilizes cookies. These are small files located on your computer's hard drive that help identify your computer as you browse the web. This allows you to do things like select items and place them in a virtual shopping cart. You can set your computer to reject cookies, but if you do so, you won't be able to access all parts of our website. Rest assured that cookies do not contain viruses or malware.
