5 Movie Wedding Dresses
Have you heard? Australian designer Sophia Tolli has drawn inspiration from Hunger Games for her Spring 2013 bridal collection. Her dress names include Katniss and Mockingjay. The next Hunger Games movie Catching Fire will feature Katniss's wedding dress, but stay tuned for the designer.
Here is our list of 5 gorgeous movie wedding dresses!
1. Breaking Dawn
Who can forget Bella Swan's lovely Edwardian inspired wedding dress with the lovely button back? Alfred Angelo created a replica for Twilight fans everywhere.
Giselle bursts into New York City in a larger than life, super-princessy ball gown with fantastic shoulder puffs. While we love her more modern dress, we can't deny how fantastically over the top the gown is.
3. Bride Wars
While Kate Hudson's character dons a more traditional ball gown, we adore Anne Hathaway's Emma wears a modern Vera Wang taffeta number with an asymmetrical off the shoulder neckline and a loose mermaid silhouette.
4. Star Wars: Attack of the Clones
Senator Amidala wears a lovely lace gown covered with seed pearls. Like Bella Swan's gown, it was also inspired by the Edwardian era. It had a clean A-line silhouette and a very romantic veil.
5. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
We love ourselves some Alexander McQueen and Fleur dela Coeur's wedding dress with its double phoenixes is strikingly familiar to his 2008 peacock dress.
