Foods to Avoid on the Morning of Your Wedding

Its finally your big day THE WEDDING! Youve gone through so much to prepare for this day and Im sure you wouldnt want it to be anything less than perfect! Before you start to have your daily breakfast, be cautious of what youre eating! Certain foods can turn your fairytale wedding into a nightmare!
What Not to Eat
Carbonated drinks are a no no! You may think this will give you a little boost of energy before the ceremony but they can cause gas and bloating too!
Greasy/Oily foods can cause indigestion, which will lead to bloating or even worse heartburn. So drop the bacon and sausage patties and pick up a piece of fruit.
Dairy products in the morning can turn a good day bad! Products such as milk, butter, and cheese contain fats that can cause an upset stomach.
Coffee is a go to every morning. Of course coffee can give you a boost of energy but you dont want to risk having those effects of crashing at your reception! Also, if you want your teeth picture perfect, I advise not drinking it the day of your wedding to avoid teeth stains.
Start off your morning right by eating a breakfast that will get you through the ceremony. A light healthy breakfast is best because you dont want to look bloated, but you do want to eat something to avoid headaches and nausea.
What to Eat
Oatmeal has lots of nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants! This will keep your energy up for the ceremony.
A light snack of nuts is filled with nutrients and eating these can even help with weight loss.
Fruit nourishes the body with minerals and vitamins, and also keep your energy level up throughout the wedding. Certain fruits also help remove pimples such as oranges and green papaya, while others are good for softening your skin such as apples and pineapples.
Egg whites is a good, light breakfast to start your day with because egg whites are high in protein. This is great for keeping your figure from bulging out of your dress because nuts are known to help shed a few pounds. This can also be a quick way to tighten up your skin if used as a face mask the morning of.
