Valentine's Party Winners
Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! Today, the day that we dedicate to relationships and love, also marks the close of our latest giveaway contest. We'd like to thank everyone who sent us a story; we read over each of them.
Drumroll please! Our grand prize winner, Meredith Nichols, a bridesmaid, won a wedding gown and up to three bridesmaid dresses. Nicole Frazee, Noel BL, Joanna Soukkaseum-Phosy, Dorene Whitmire, and Stacey Gable each won up to three bridesmaid dresses.

Meredith Nichols, a bridesmaid, about the bride and maid of honor:
They are the most generous, most deserving people that I know and they would be honored to be able to have something like this. They are both currently living in different states but still manage to talk on the phone everyday and run a successful blog together!!! Not very often do people have great people in their lives and all to often we hear of all the hardship and worry in the world. I am confident with these 2 people by her side, my friend Jennifer will live the best life she ever could!!!
Nicole Frazee, a bride, on her bridesmaids, fiancé, and family:
My bridesmaids are all so great! My maid of honor is my cousin and she has always been there for me through thick and thin, ups and downs, tears and all...she's great! I knew she would be my maid of honor...I didn't have to think about it at all, I knew. She's been there through some tough stuff for me! I am so thankful for them, for my son, and for the wonder man I am about to marry!
Noel BL, a bride, on her bridesmaid:
Me and my maid of honor used to work together. We're the only one who gets along very well. So there's this guy just got promoted and became our boss and we started bullying him. Like we sometimes yell at him and ask him to do this and that even though that's our boss. Now the funny part is this guy is the groom on the wedding day. ;)
Joanna Soukkaseum-Phosy, a bride, on her bridesmaids:
I'm honored to have chosen these girls to be by my side on whats yet to be the third most important day of my life! (The first two being the birth of my son and daughter.)
Dorene Whitmire, a bride, on her maid of honor who is also her daughter:
She has been by my side through my ups and downs and is going to be one of the most important people in my wedding. Diane Bozin Lamont and Amber Rose Kaltz will be my bridesmaids on this special day! I waited a long time to find that special one! I'm feeling blessed and can't wait for my special day!
Stacey Gable, a bride, on a bridesmaid's duty:
A bridesmaid’s duty is to take care of the bride, and these women [at her cousin's wedding] went above and beyond their call. I am certain that the women I choose to stand by my side as my bridesmaids will be just as wonderful, compassionate, and will care for everyone in addition to their other responsibilities on that special day.
