If an item is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund; please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt. We'll send you a packing label. Then you can ship it to us at no cost to you. Once we've had a chance to inspect it, we'll issue a refund.
We use UPS, FedEx, EMS and DHL as our shipping carriers. We'll send you an email when your dress leaves our facility, and we'll give you a tracking number so you can track the progress of the package as it comes to you. Shipping typically takes 5 business days.

We're certain you'll absolutely love our products that we offer a 30 day return period for standard sized dresses from the time you receive your package. If you're unsatisfied with your order please call us at 213-688-8513 or send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Dress purchases created through the personalized custom sizing option do not qualify for returns.
You can shop with confidence at SimplyBridal, as each dress shown on our product pages has been sewn by our seamstresses and photographed in our studio. The dress you order will be made with the same high-quality materials that we used for the dresses on our models. The same seamstresses work on our model’s dresses and our customer’s dresses. This is an online shop you can trust for quality, honesty and value.
At SimplyBridal, we understand that bridal purchases are a momentous occasion. Our made-to-order dresses will arrive approximately 30-35 days after the confirmation e-mail regardless of your geographical location. During high season (January through April), dress orders may take up to 60 days. We also have a limited inventory of styles ready for immediate shipment; please see our Quick Ship page to see our latest selection. Quick Ship and Try At Home dresses orders arrive between 7-14 days.
Our accessories ship between 7-14 days in the US, and 21-28 days in all other countries.
Please consult the shipping costs table for your shipping estimate. All values are listed in US dollars, although we do accept the Canadian dollar, the British pound, and the Australian dollar. Shipping costs for all non-US currencies will be calculated upon checkout.

We also ship to military bases and PO Boxes via SmartPost FedEx which takes approximately 3 to 5 days longer than regular shipping for both dresses and accessories.
