100% MADE TO MEASURE

You can shop with confidence at SimplyBridal, as each dress shown on our product pages has been sewn by our seamstresses and photographed in our studio. The dress you order will be made with the same high-quality materials that we used for the dresses on our models. The same seamstresses work on our model’s dresses and our customer’s dresses. This is an online shop you can trust for quality, honesty and value.

Jewelry Care

Our pieces are easy to care for and maintain, but quality jewelry still requires quality care. Always wear your jewelry at the end of your beauty routine as hairspray and perfume can dim or darken gems, especially pearls. After use, gently wipe each piece with a soft cloth, and store in a jewelry box or plastic bag. Keep each piece in a separate compartment or bag as gemstones can scratch each other as well as the metal. 

We include a detailed card for long term care with every purchase. With proper handling, our jewelry can last years with little evidence of wear and tear.

Shipping

At SimplyBridal, we understand that bridal purchases are a momentous occasion. Our dresses will arrive approximately 40-45 days after the confirmation e-mail regardless of your geographical location. During high season (January through April), dress orders may take up to 60 days. We also have a limited inventory of styles ready for immediate shipment; please contact customer service to see our latest selection. Our accessories currently have a ship time of 7-14 days.

Our accessories ship between 7-14 days in the US, and 21-28 days in all other countries.

Please consult the shipping costs table for your shipping estimate. All values are listed in US dollars, although we do accept the Canadian dollar, the British pound, and the Australian dollar and shipping will be calculated in the selected currency upon checkout.
