Since our creation, we’ve been trying to think up new ways to make the bridal experience more convenient and accessible for our buyers. In 2013, we introduced In Stock, Try At Home, and Invitations & Gifts to our shoppers. In Stock shopping allows brides in a hurry to purchase one of our ready-made gowns and receive it within 5-7 days. We’ll make sure the gown is delivered to your doorstep in time for your big day. Try At Home takes the customer experience a step further by giving brides a chance to try on up to two SimplyBridal gowns in the comfort of their own home. All we ask is that you send them back within one week from delivery!

What is SimplyBridal?

Started in 2011, SimplyBridal is an online retailer of high quality wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and wedding accessories.

What is Quick Ship?

Quick Ship is a selection of our gowns that are ready for immediate delivery. Shipping takes 5-7 days. Please allow more time during holiday and weekends.  For more information, please visit our In Stock page.

What is Try At Home?

We understand that not everyone has the luxury of a nearby bridal salon, and we want to help provide you with more convenient options. For $19.95, you can pick two of your favorite dress styles and we’ll ship them directly to you. You’ll have one week to try them on and get a feel for the quality and fit in the comfort of your own home before sending them back.

Please be advised that the Try At Home service is currently in beta. This means it is still in testing stages, and is currently only available to customers located in the US. Any feedback you have will assist us in ensuring you receive the best customer experience possible. For more details, please visit our Try At Home page.

We are an American online company that ships to North America, several countries in Europe, and Australia. Our offices are based in Los Angeles, California, and we have a showroom in downtown Los Angeles, located at the World Trade Center. Our showroom is open by appointment only.

How do you keep your prices so low?

SimplyBridal started with a basic idea of helping the bride, not the middleman. By combining design, production, and distribution under one roof, we are able to create wedding gowns with outstanding quality in fabric, materials, and fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

SimplyBridal accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your payment is secure, as McAfee and VeriSign monitor our site. We also accept PayPal.

What currencies do you accept?

Currently, we accept the US, Canadian, and Australian dollar, as well as the British pound.

Our customer support department generally returns inquiries within 2 business days. For the most prompt service, please contact us during our office hours, which are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 7:00pm PST, and Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm PST. Calls and emails received after hours will be returned the following business day.

Are there any special offers for a member or veteran of the US Armed Services?

As a gesture of our support for the Service, we offer complimentary shipping to US military bases, veterans, active servicemen and women, and their partners. Please email us at info@simplybridal.com with your order number and a picture of your veterans or military ID. If you have been charged, we will refund you the amount!

WEDDING AND BRIDESMAID DRESSES

How long does it take to make my dress?

It will take approximately 30-35 calendar days for you to receive your dress after we have received and confirmed your order. During our high season of January through April, some dress orders may take up to 60 days; accessory orders will not be affected. As soon as it leaves our facilities, we will send you a notification, which will include the name of the carrier and a tracking number. We do have some styles and sizes available immediately; please see our In Stock page for details.

Please note that jewelry, shawls, and veils have a shorter delivery time. For US orders, they should be delivered within 5 to 7 days; international orders will take between 21 to 28 days.

My wedding is in two weeks. Help! Can I get my dress quicker?

We do not offer expedited orders, but we do have a In Stock option. Delivery time is between 5 to 7 days, but please allow more time during holidays and weekends. Please see our In Stock page to see what styles and sizes we currently have in stock.

How do you choose the dress styles you offer?

Our in-house experts are on the pulse of bridal fashion, scouring the latest trends and styles. Once we pinpoint a specific vision, a design team works together to develop a dress. When a sample dress is complete, a quality control expert examines the dress to make sure the style suits the fabric that's been chosen, and that the original style we're looking for is properly represented. Then, the design team works with a fit model to see how the dress drapes and moves on a real person. The fit and detailing of the dress may change many times during this process. Once the experts and the design team are pleased with the quality and fit of the dress, it is added to our selection of available dresses.

Where can I try on your dresses?

We’re glad that you asked! Presently, SimplyBridal only sells dresses online. However, we have a physical showroom in Los Angeles, California. Contact customer support to make an appointment today!

US customers are also welcome to try our Try At Home Beta Program, which allows brides to try on two of our dresses from the comforts of their own home for only $19.95. Please see our Try At Home page for more details.

I ordered the wrong dress. Can I cancel my order?

If you ordered a standard size gown, we would love to help you cancel your order. As satisfaction is our number one priority please review our detailed returns policy. Orders for custom measured gowns and dresses cannot be canceled and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

How will my dress be prepared for shipment?

After your dress is complete, we'll turn it inside-out to prepare it for shipment. Sending your dress inside-out will ensure that the delicate lace and beadwork is not disturbed in transit. Your dress will be placed in a bag to protect it from moisture, and then placed in a sturdy box for shipment.

Large gowns will be packed in a vacuum-sealed bag to minimize shipping costs for the customer.

I need custom sizing. Is that possible?

Yes! All our dresses come with a custom sizing option. We recommend that you consult our How to Measure Video on each dress page to ensure proper measurement. We only allow one custom measurement wedding gown order per bride through the website. We suggest that you contact our customer support directly if you need help selecting the right dress size. This restriction only applies to our wedding gowns. Please keep in mind all custom size ordered wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses fall under a strict no returns, exchanges or cancellation policy.

Do you have long light gold dresses?

All our bridesmaid dresses come in twenty-eight colors. If you would like a swatch, please contact customer support.

Will my dress be ready to wear when it arrives?

It depends. Some fabrics tend to wrinkle when they're folded for shipment. Some fabrics are designed to handle this sort of treatment and snap to their stunning best right out of the box. To be safe, you should plan have the dress professionally steamed before your wedding day.

What if I need alterations?

While we make your dress just for you, based on your measurements, it's possible that you'll need a final fitting before your big day. Please see our alterations page for more information.

Do you guarantee your dresses?

You bet. We're certain you'll absolutely love your dress from SimplyBridal that we offer a 30 day return period for standard sized dresses and all accessories. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email message at info@simplybridal.com within 30 days of receipt. We'll send you a packing label. Then, you can ship the dress to us at no cost to you. Once we've had a chance to inspect it, we'll issue you a full refund. For full details, please see our returns and exchanges policy.

Where are your wedding dresses photographed?

We're glad you asked! All the wedding dress photographs you see on our product pages were shot in our studios. Our models are wearing the actual dresses our seamstresses have produced.

Will my dress look just like the photograph?

Yes, but it will be sewn to fit your body type, and the fabric type and color will differ if you've requested such alterations. The quality of the fabric and the skill put in by the seamstresses will be the same. Depending on the size, certain details might vary slightly.

Can I customize my sash?

We do not currently offer customized sashes, but most of our sashes are removable so you can substitute it with a sash of your own

Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes, we do carry plus sizes up to 30 as well as custom sizing. Please note that there may be additional charges for sizes 20 and above for the fabric and materials, such as lace and beading.

How many dresses am I permitted to order?

Each customer may order up to 3 wedding gowns. We only allow one custom measurement wedding gown order per bride through the website. We suggest that you contact our customer support directly if you need help selecting the right dress size. This restriction only applies to our wedding gowns. If you are in need of more than three gowns, orders may be placed by contacting our customer support team. Orders of more than three gowns will be subject to a Revised Return Policy. Why can’t I add the wedding dress I want to my cart?

At SimplyBridal we want you to have an absolutely incredible “YES” moment when choosing your perfect wedding gown. You may not be able to add the wedding gown to your shopping cart because you are located in the Los Angeles or surrounding areas, but not to worry, our experienced and caring consultants are waiting for you in our showroom to give you the personal attention you need and deserve. How is the payment process different from other SimplyBridal products?

Please note that our Invitations & Gifts site has a different shopping cart and customer account system from the main SimplyBridal website. If you are purchasing products from both our sites, you will need to pay for both shopping carts separately.

How long does shipping take?

Dresses should be received within 30 to 35 days regardless of shipping destination. During high season, dresses may take up to 60 days.

In Stock orders have a delivery time of 5 to 7 days.

For US orders, accessories ship within 5 to 7 days; for international orders, accessories will take between 21 to 28 days. Shipping during holidays and weekends may take longer.

I’m an international customer, are there any extra taxes or duties that I should know about?

Most countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports. However, in the event of customs or duties, please contact customer support.

I am currently living on a US military base. Can you ship to me?

Yes, we use the United States Postal Service to ship to military bases. As a gesture of our support for the Service, we offer complimentary shipping to US military bases. Please email us at info@simplybridal.com with your order number if you have been charged and we will refund you the amount!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All unused standard sizes dresses and accessories are returnable; please make sure to keep all tags on. We’ll also cover the return shipping and refund the initial shipping costs for all returns. Please take your return package to your nearest Fedex drop off location. Gowns and dresses made to your specific (custom) measurements do not qualify for returns. All sales are final for orders placed in one of our physical showroom locations. For full details, please see our returns policy.

What is your exchange policy?

Since our dresses are made to order, we cannot exchange orders. Customers will need to cancel or return their order and then place a new one. We do carry some limited inventory, and we are happy to accommodate exchanging a dress for a different size if we have it in stock.
