At Simply Bridal, we don’t have warehouses full of completed dresses, waiting to be altered to fit our customers. Instead, our seamstresses begin work only when you place your order. Why do we do this? So we can offer multiple fabric color options, and make the perfect form-fitting dress. Eliminating warehouses also allows us to keep our prices low.

As our customer, you’ll get a handmade dress, created just for your measurements in the fabric you’ve chosen. All of our fabrics are department-store grade. All of our seamstresses are skilled and passionate about their work.

You can shop with confidence at Simply Bridal, as each wedding dress shown on our product pages has been sewn by our seamstresses and photographed in our studio. From the moment you confirmed your purchase, you've been counting down the days until your beautiful wedding dress arrives. We want you to know that we do everything in our power to ensure that nothing will spoil that moment when the big box of your dreams appears. Your dress will arrive approximately 30-35 days after you receive a confirmation e-mail.

After our seamstresses complete their work, each dress is turned inside-out. This is a technique long used by department stores and professional design houses to protect delicate fabrics. When lace, buttons and tiny details face the inside of the dress, they're cocooned inside the soft fabric and are safe and protected. The dress is then carefully placed in a sturdy garment bag, to protect it from moisture and dirt. This bundle is then placed in a sturdy box for shipping.

We use UPS, FedEx, and DHL as our shipping carriers. We'll send you an email when your dress leaves our facility, and we'll give you a tracking number so you can track the progress of the package as it comes to you. Shipping typically takes 7 business days.

When your dress arrives, unpack the box and check your dress carefully. Don't be too distressed if your beautiful dress doesn't look its best right out of the box. Many fabrics wrinkle during transit. A professional steaming will transform your dress into the stunning beauty you've been waiting for. Be sure to keep the original packaging. You'll need it if you choose to return the dress to us for a refund.
