Returns & Exchanges



At SimplyBridal, we understand that bridal purchases are a big deal, and our generous return policy allows you to sleep on your decision risk-free.

There is a forty-eight hour grace period for any changes and cancellation of orders with a full refund, after which they may be subject to a cancellation or return fee; we’ll also cover the return shipping and refund the initial shipping costs for all returns.

Full refunds will always be issued if a return is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrect.

SimplyBridal's 3-Step Return Policy

1. If, within 30 days of receipt, you're not happy with the dress or veil and would like to return it, contact us at info@simplybridal.com to let us know. To ensure a return that is quick, traceable and secure at minimal cost, we will email you a prepaid Fedex return label that you MUST use so that the return is processed correctly.

2. Re-pack your product with, original shipping document, original packaging and - of course - the product you want returned. Dresses and veils must be unworn, unsoiled, and as it was when shipped to you, with tags still attached. Return packages must be postmarked within 45 days of receipt using the prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, we may refuse the return and ship you back the item at your expense. Please drop off the package at the nearest Fedex location or schedule a time for pickup.

3. We'll issue a refund after we receive your order and inspect it, which will typically take between 5-7 business days. Wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are subject to a 20% restocking fee; shipping costs will be refunded in full.

Alterations

Cancellations

Orders have been successfully placed once you receive an order number and an email confirmation from SimplyBridal.com. Cancellations made within 48 hours of order placement will be refunded in full; orders cancelled between 48 hours and 21 days will have a 10% cancellation fee. After 21 days, there will be a 20% cancellation fee. Shipping costs will be refunded in full.
