At SimplyBridal, we understand that bridal purchases are a big deal. We're so confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products that we have a global 30 day risk free returns policy. This applies to all our dresses and accessories.
Since our dresses are made to order, we cannot exchange orders. Customers will need to cancel or return their order and then place a new one. We do carry some limited inventory, and we are happy to accommodate exchanging a dress for a different size if we have it in stock.
SimplyBridal's 3-Step Return Policy
1. If, within 30 days of receipt, you're not happy with your order and would like to return it, contact us at email@example.com to let us know. Customer service will provide detailed instructions to ensure a return that is quick, traceable and secure at minimal cost. We will email you a prepaid return label. Please note that you MUST use the label provided so that the return is processed correctly.
If you are unable to use our return label due to extenuating circumstances, please use a tracking option for your package as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, and there may be a delay in crediting your account. Once we receive and process your return, we will credit back your account and reimburse you for your return shipping.
2. Re-pack your product with the original shipping document, original packaging and - of course - the product you want returned. Items must be unworn, unsoiled, and as it was when shipped to you, with tags still attached. All packages must be delivered to a Fedex drop-off location; Fedex pickups are currently unavailable. Return packages must be postmarked within 45 days of receipt using the prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, we may refuse the return and ship you back the item at your expense.
3. We'll issue a refund for the order total after we receive your order and inspect it, which will typically take between 5-7 business days.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Orders have been successfully placed once you receive an order number and an email confirmation from SimplyBridal.com. To cancel your order please contact customer service and have your order number ready.
