ONLINE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY*
We're so confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products that we offer our customers a global 30 day return policy. We offer returns for all unworn, unwashed, unaltered standard sized wedding gowns, bridesmaid’s dresses, veils and accessories.
Made to order custom measurement gowns and dresses are not eligible for returns. All sales are final for custom measurement orders once your order has been submitted, specialized dress orders follow a strict no returns, exchanges, or cancellation policy.
SIMPLYBRIDAL’S 3-STEP RETURN PROCESS*
If, within 30 days of receipt, you're not happy with your standard sized dress or accessory order and would like to return it, call us at 213-688-8513 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA request must be made within 30 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 45 days.
1. You have the option of obtaining a return shipping label from us for a flat rate of $20, which will be deducted from your return order amount.
If you choose to use your own return shipping label, please call us at 213-688-8513 or email us at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receipt. The return package MUST be sent with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns that are lost or delayed.
2. Re-pack your product with the original shipping document, original packaging and - of course - the product you want returned. Items must be unworn, unsoiled, and as it was when shipped to you, with tags still attached. The RMA must be requested within 30 days of receipt and arrive at our office within 45 days of receipt. If the package does not arrive within 45 days of receipt, the return may be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
3. Refunds will be issued for the order amount, less initial shipping cost and return shipping (if using our Return Label) after we receive the order and inspect it, which typically takes between 5-7 days.
RETAIL RETURN POLICY*
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any order placed at our physical SimplyBridal retail locations. All sales are final and do not qualify for cancellation, exchange, refunds or returns.
Please contact our customer support team for a prepaid return label within 30 days of receipt. Items that are defective or damaged will be replaced and initial shipping fees refunded.

Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation.
*Our Return Policy was revised as of March 17, 2015. If you purchased your order prior to this date, we will honor our prior return policy.
