At SimplyBridal, we understand that bridal purchases are a big deal. We will work with you to find the dress that you will never let go of. We pride ourselves in providing our brides with the very best in customer support, quality, selection, and price. We're so confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products that we offer our customers a global 30 day return policy. We offer risk free returns for all unworn, unwashed, unaltered standard sized wedding gowns, bridesmaid’s dresses, veils and accessories.

Since our dresses are made to order, we cannot exchange orders. Customers will need to cancel or return their exiting order and then place a new order. We carry limited inventory, and we are happy to accommodate exchanging standard sized dress for a different size if we have it in stock.

Made to order custom measurement gowns and dresses are not included as a part of the risk free returns. All sales are final for custom measurement orders once your order has been submitted, specialized dress orders follow a strict no returns, exchanges, or cancellation policy.

SimplyBridal's 3-Step Return Policy

1. If, within 30 days of receipt, you're not happy with your standard sized dress or accessory order and would like to return it, contact us at info@simplybridal.com to let us know. Customer service will provide detailed instructions to ensure a return that is quick, traceable and secure at minimal cost. We will email you a prepaid return label. Please note that you MUST use the label provided so that the return is processed correctly.

If you are unable to use our return label due to extenuating circumstances, please use a tracking option for your package as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, and there may be a delay in crediting your account. Once we receive and process your return, we will credit back your account and reimburse you for your return shipping.

2. Re-pack your product with the original shipping document, original packaging and - of course - the product you want returned. Items must be unworn, unsoiled, and as it was when shipped to you, with tags still attached. All packages must be delivered to a Fedex drop-off location; Fedex pickups are currently unavailable. Return packages must be postmarked 15 days after you have received your prepaid shipping label. If we do not receive your return package 45 days of receipt, we may refuse and ship you back the item at your expense.

3. We'll issue a refund for the order total after we receive your order and inspect it, which will typically take between 5-7 business days.


We are unable to accept returns on any order placed at our physical showroom location in Los Angeles. All sales are final for physical location orders, these items do not qualify for cancellation, exchange, refunds or returns.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Orders have been successfully placed once you receive an order number and an email confirmation from SimplyBridal.com. To cancel your standard size product order please contact customer service and have your order number ready. Dresses that are order through our special custom measurement sizing are not eligible for cancellation after the order has been processed. Once the order has been submitted and a confirmation number or conformation email has been provided, SimplyBridal does not allow for cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds on the special order custom items.
