On Saturday, December 17th, Backstreet Boys singer A.J. McLean tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Rochelle Deanna Karidis on the Crystal Lawn at the Beverly Hills Hotel, a five-star luxury hotel with 12 acres of seemingly-paparazzi proof gardens. Instead of something traditional and sweet, the couple went dramatic with a goth theme. Their invites where black and silver with red lettering that looked like they were written with blood!
The ceremony itself seemed pretty romantic, though, the couple exchanged vows under a gazebo adorned with white hydrangeas, while guests were surrounded by elements like romantic chandeliers. Unfortunately, the ban on cell phones and cameras meant that wedding pictures are a no-go until the couple decides to release them.
The event was planned by celeb wedding planner Mindy Weiss. She's helped plan weddings and parties for a slew of Hollywood's A-List including, Fergie & Josh Duhamel, Ellen Degeneres & Portia Rossi, Katy Perry and Russell Brand, Hilary Duff and Mike Comer, Lala Vasquez and Carmelo Anthony, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. The bride wore a wedding gown by Vera Wang and walked down the aisle to "November Rain," the classic Guns 'N Roses ballad. A few days later, photographers got a glimpse of their wedding bands at a Guns 'N Roses concert. Karidis’s is black with diamonds and McLean’s is red with a single diamond. Fellow Boys Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, and former member Kevin Richardson were said to be in attendance as well.
